Community Alert Level

Alert Level 3The province of Cebu, Cebu City, Mandaue City and Lapu-Lapu City shall be placed under 

Alert Level 3 from February 01 – 31, 2022

COVID-19 Health and Travel Requirements

Cebu Province

Interzonal travel within the entire island of Cebu shall be permitted. All persons shall be allowed to travel to

and from the Province of Cebu and the cities of Cebu, Mandaue, and Lapu-Lapu. 


 FULLY VACCINATED INDIVIDUALS

  • Valid ID
  • Vaccination Card/ Vaccination Certificates

 

UNVACCINATED AND PARTIALLY VACCINATED INDIVIDUALS 

  • Valid ID
  • Medical Certificate issued within twenty-four (24) hours

  

NOTES

  • All ROFs and OFWs shall be allowed entry into the Province of Cebu, starting January 04, 2022, provided, 
  • they undergo five (5) days quarantine period as prescribed by applicable IATF-MEID resolutions.

FULLY VACCINATED INDIVIDUALS

  • Valid photo ID with signature
  • Vaccination Card with QR Code/ Vaccination Certificate

 

UNVACCINATED AND PARTIALLY VACCINATED INDIVIDUALS

  • Valid photo ID with signature
  • Negative RT-PCR Test Result from any DOH-accredited laboratories taken within seventy-two (72) hours; or
  • Negative Antigen/ Saliva Test Result from any DOH-accredited laboratories taken within forty-eight (48) hours

  • Vaccination Card/ Vaccination Certificate

Arrival Information in MCIAA:

Effective 16 January 2022, GMCAC will consolidate all departures for both Domestic and International in Terminal 2

due to typhoon damage to Terminal 1 infrastructure.
