PUERTO PRINCESA (PPS) Travel Guidelines
- In compliance with the travel restrictions of the Province of Palawan, passengers bound for Palawan must take note of the following flight schedules. For Manila to Puerto Princesa flights:
- All fully vaccinated city inbound travelers will require antigen test taken 1 day before departure date. The negative antigen test result will then be validated upon check-in.
- Passengers bound for Puerto Princesa City may only take flight PR1785/ PR2785 on Wednesdays.
- Passengers bound for any municipality in the province of Palawan may take any flight.
RETURNING RESIDENTS A. FULLY VACCINATED - Proof of Residency
- Valid ID card with Puerto Princesa City Address
- Barangay Certificate
- Airline Ticket
- Approved S-PASS (TCP)
- Vaccination Card/ Vax Cert
- Negative Antigen Test Result taken from any DOH-accredited laboratories within one (1) day
Mandatory strict home quarantine for seven (7) day
B. UNVACCINATED & PARTIALLY VACCINATED INDIVIDUALS - Proof of Residency
- Valid ID card with Puerto Princesa City Address
- Barangay Certificate
- Airline Ticket
- Approved S-PASS (TCP)
- Negative RT-PCR (NPS/OPS) Test Result taken from any DOH-accredited laboratories within two (2) days
APOR (staying more than five (5) days) A. FULLY VACCINATED Valid ID Vaccination Card/ Vaccination Certificates Negative Antigen Test Result taken within one (1) day Approved S-PASS (TCP) Travel / Company Order Mandatory strict hotel/ facility quarantine for seven (7) days and antigen testing on the 5th, 6th, or 7th day upon arrival to be scheduled by the monitoring and surveillance group
B. UNVACCINATED & PARTIALLY VACCINATED INDIVIDUALS Mandatory strict hotel/ facility quarantine for seven (7) days at own expense and antigen testing on the 5th, 6th, or 7th day upon arrival to be scheduled by the monitoring and surveillance group
APOR (staying less than four (4) days) A. FULLY VACCINATED B. UNVACCINATED & PARTIALLY VACCINATED INDIVIDUALS NOTES:
For eleven (11) years old and below, rapid antigen test will be required For twelve (12) years old and above, RT-PCR (NPS/OPS) swab test will be required (if unvaccinated or partially vaccinated) S-PASS is not required for ages seventeen (17) and below
TOURISM BUBBLE Beginning December 8, 2021, the City will begin to accept Domestic Tourists who will comply with the conditions for Tourism Bubble Domestic Tourist refer to Philippine residents who are fully vaccinated. They may travel together with their immediate family members who are not eligible for COVID-19 vaccination, such as children below 12 years old or individual who cannot receive the COVID-19 vaccine because of a medical condition that is pre-existing and certified Prior to travel, all inbound Domestic Tourists are required the following: Valid ID Negative antigen test (nasopharyngeal or oropharyngeal) from any DOH-accredited laboratories taken within 24 hours before arrival Proof of hotel accommodation authorized by the Department of Tourism. Roundtrip ticket Approved Travel Voucher from the City Tourism Department Vaccination Card/ Vaccination Certificate
Domestic Tourists may stay in the City for a maximum of four (4) days and three (3) nights) Domestic Tourists shall not deviate from their approved point-to-point itineraries

APOR (AFP PERSONNEL RETURNING FOR DUTY) A. FULLY VACCINATED Valid ID Negative Antigen Test Results (Specimen taken 24 hours before check-in) from any DOH-accredited laboratories Vaccination Card and/ or Vaccination Certificate from the Vax Cert (https://vaxcert.doh.gov.ph) Letter Order Endorsement from Emergency Operations Center (EOC)
B. UNVACCINATED & PARTIALLY VACCINATED INDIVIDUALS
Government Officials/ Personnel on official business shall be allowed unimpeded travel to their place of destination and shall not be required to undergo mandatory testing and/ or quarantine protocols of the local government units of destination provided that they: Present valid IDs issued by their respective agency Present travel authority/ order by the Department Secretary or his/ her designated official Pass symptoms screening at the port upon arrival on in the case of public transport upon boarding, and Strictly comply with the minimum public health standards.
