Please confirm your requirements directly with the offices/websites of your place of origin and destination.    TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS OVERVIEW Community Alert Level Alert Level 3:  Surigao del Norte, Surigao del Sur, Agusan del Norte and Agusan del Sur shall be placed under Alert Level 3 from February 01 – 15, 2022.    COVID-19 Health and Travel Requirements Notes: For Tourist/Private APOR, Post Antigen Testing is required after 5 days from the date of arrival.
