TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS OVERVIEW

Alert Level 3: Surigao del Norte, Surigao del Sur, Agusan del Norte and Agusan del Sur shall be placed under Alert Level 3 from February 01 – 15, 2022.

| COVID-19 Health and Travel Requirements |
Notes: - For Tourist/Private APOR, Post Antigen Testing is required after 5 days from the date of arrival.
- Passengers that are passing through Siargao coming from the Province of Dinagat Islands are exempted from presentation of negative result on Swab/Saliva RT-PCR Test from DOH-accredited laboratories.
Surigao Del Norte Resident - Vaccination Card / Vaccination Certificate for fully vaccinated travelers; or
- Negative Result on Swab/Saliva RT-PCR Test result from any DOH-accredited laboratories released within 48 hours prior to arrival in the province for unvaccinated and partially vaccinated travelers
- 17 years old and below are exempted from Swab/Saliva RT-PCR Test
APOR (Authorized Persons Outside of Residence) GOVERNMENT APOR - Vaccination Card / Vaccination Certificate for fully vaccinated travelers; or
- Negative Result on Swab/Saliva RT-PCR Test result from any DOH-accredited laboratories released within 48 hours prior to arrival in the province for unvaccinated and partially vaccinated travelers
Non-Resident Private APOR - Vaccination Card / Vaccination Certificate for fully vaccinated travelers; or
- Negative Result on Swab/Saliva RT-PCR Test result from any DOH-accredited laboratories released within 48 hours prior to arrival in the province for unvaccinated and partially vaccinated travelers
- Confirmed booking of not less than 2 nights from any DOT-accredited accommodations.
- Passengers with proof/s that they are traveling for the purpose of delivering essential goods and services are exempted.
TOURIST INVITED BY LOCAL RESIDENT OF SURIGAO DEL NORTE - Vaccination Card / Vaccination Certificate for fully vaccinated travelers; or
- Negative Result on Swab/Saliva RT-PCR Test result from any DOH-accredited laboratories released within 48 hours prior to arrival in the province for unvaccinated and partially vaccinated travelers
- 17 years old and below are exempted from Swab/Saliva RT-PCR Test
- Travel Certification issued by the Mayor of the City/Municipality of destination, stating that you are tourist invited by a local
NOT INVITED BY LOCAL RESIDENT OF SURIGAO DEL NORTE / WALK-IN TOURISTS - Vaccination Card / Vaccination Certificate for fully vaccinated travelers; or
- Negative Result on Swab/Saliva RT-PCR Test result from any DOH-accredited laboratories released within 48 hours prior to arrival in the province for unvaccinated and partially vaccinated travelers
- 17 years old and below are exempted from Swab/Saliva RT-PCR Test
- Confirmed booking of not less than 2 nights from any DOT-accredited accommodations
